Virginia Evelyn Bernard, 85

Virginia Evelyn Bernard, 85 of Russell Springs, died September 2, at 9:35 A.M. at her home.

She was preceded in death by; her husband, Billey Webb Bernard, parents Carma and Gladys Blair; two sisters, Martha Holder and Faye Beatty; two brothers, Emmitt Eugene and Ruel Wayne Blair.

Survivors include; one daughter, Sherry Sambecki of Russell Springs; one son Billey W. Bernard, Jr.; sister, Brenda McGowan; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Russell Springs.

Cremation was chosen.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland would be most appreciated.
