Tony Hays, 67, of Carrollton, Ky passed away Saturday, May 9th, at Signature Care of Carrollton.

Tony was born in Jamestown, Ky on July 11, 1952, a son of Ola Mae (Clayton) Hays, of Jamestown, Ky and the late Thomas Hays.

He is survived by; his mother Ola Mae Hays, of Jamestown, Ky.

He is also survived by; aunt, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by his father Thomas Hays.
