Kenneth M. (Chief) Lewis, Jr., 68, of Russell Springs, Ky passed away Saturday, March 14th, at his residence.

Kenneth was born in Cherokee, N.C. on December 7, 1951, a son of Alice Mae(Catt) Lewis, of Tenn the late Kenneth Lewis.

Kenneth is survived by; his wife Sherry(Miller) Lewis, mother Alice Mae Lewisa and step son, Lance Miller

The family chose cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
